아니요. 모든 파일은 기기 안에서만 열고 변환합니다.

무료로 어디까지 쓸 수 있나요?

파일 보기와 압축 파일 안 보기는 언제나 무료이고 광고가 없습니다. 변환은 하루 3번까지 무료이며, 여러 장을 PDF 하나로 합치기도 무료입니다. AnyView Pro는 변환 무제한과 여러 파일 한꺼번에 변환을 제공합니다.

Pro를 다른 기기에서도 쓸 수 있나요?

네. 같은 Apple 계정이면 iPhone·iPad·Mac 모두에서 Pro가 적용됩니다. 새 기기에서는 설정 > 이용권 > 구매 복원을 누르세요.

구독은 어떻게 해지하나요?

iPhone·iPad: 설정 > [내 이름] > 구독. Mac: App Store > [내 계정] > 계정 설정 > 구독. 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않습니다.

환불은 어떻게 받나요?

결제는 Apple이 처리하므로 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

파일을 AnyView로 여는 방법

앱에서 "파일 열기"를 누르거나, 다른 앱의 공유 버튼에서 "AnyView로 보기"를 고르세요. Mac에서는 파일을 AnyView 창이나 Dock 아이콘에 끌어다 놓아도 됩니다.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Every file is opened and converted on your device.

What is free?

Viewing files and browsing archives is always free, with no ads. You get 3 free conversions a day, and merging pages into one PDF is free. AnyView Pro adds unlimited conversions and batch conversion.

Can I use Pro on my other devices?

Yes. Pro works on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account. On a new device, go to Settings > Plan > Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Mac: App Store > [your account] > Account Settings > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I open a file in AnyView?

Tap "Open File" in the app, or choose "View with AnyView" from the share button in another app. On Mac you can also drop a file onto the AnyView window or its Dock icon.
